Typical therapeutic package

For most issues, I recommend a three session package.

We begin with a 1.5 to 2 hour session: a dynamic, comprehensive experience that will provide a jump-start in making desired changes.

The first session includes: an in depth discussion of your problem, an assessment of your hypnotherapy "style" and  a hypnotherapy session 

 

Follow up includes two 2 hour sessions to continue deepening and integrating the new feelings and behaviors and a personalized hypnotherapy recording for use at home .

Note: If you are under a doctor's or therapist's care for the identified issue, a referral from your doctor is recommende.   I can assist you in acquiring this.
