What to Expect ~ Intuitive Exploration, Coaching, Hypnotherapy Sessions
After a free 15 minute phone exploration where we decide what service is right for you, we set your first session appointment which will be approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in length.  During this time we have the opportunity to discuss what brought you to seek intuitive coaching as well as what you are wanting to gain from the experience.  This time allows for us to get to know one another and to begin developing a comfortable and trusting professional relationship.  The relationship we develop is one of the most important aspects in determining whether hypnosis will work for you.  Anything that is discussed during our session is kept strictly confidential.  Hypnotherapy usually runs three or four sessions and is based on your desire for change.  After the first session, any other sessions run 1 hour each.
